Once we have a detailed job description and have met with the internal stakeholders and key decision makers, we use our extensive network to contact those individuals who might have interest themselves or may know of individuals who could have interest in a good opportunity. With over 50 years of combined recruiting experience our network is very large and the bulk of our contacts are in the “unpublished marketplace”; that is, those individuals who are open to making a move but their resume is unavailable to all but a discreet few.

While many firms have specialty areas such as Information Technology or Accounting, we don’t. And this is what differentiates us. We believe that it is imperative that we understand our client company’s corporate culture. What is it that helps an individual be productive and thrive within an organization? For instance, does the company foster a nurturing and collaborative environment? Or, is it a produce or perish atmosphere. Once we understand how the organization works from an interpersonal perspective, we can fill almost any senior management position.
